About Me:

My name is Katie Hanover. I am your child’s Language Arts and Social Studies teacher this year! I have lived here in Owasso my entire life and graduated with the class of 2009. In the Fall of 2013, I was fortunate enough to do my student teaching here at Hodson. I graduated from Northeastern State University in December 2013. For two years, I taught first grade here at Hodson. I got the opportunity to move up to fourth grade and I love it! Teaching language arts has always been my passion and I’m so excited to share this with my classes this year!I love Fall, Dr. Pepper, and Starbucks!  My husband’s name is Kent. We have been married for for six years. We have a two-year-old named Holden and another baby boy due in September. We also have two pets---a cat named Penny and a dog named Bo.
